This FREE, fully online event on Thursday 24th June 2021, is aimed at frontline staff working across the UK with people experiencing homelessness.
Our theme this year is 'overcoming barriers'.
Underpinning all of this year's workshop themes; from are we all in for change, welfare benefits, accessing safe, suitable appropriate accommodation, accessing specialist healthcare support, understanding compassion fatigue, through to communication and conflict resolution are solutions to support you navigate and overcome barriers.
We will be bringing you a range of amazing speakers from across the UK; to highlight the interesting and creative ways they are working to navigate and overcome barriers in their work.
We hope you will find this event enjoyable and take away information that is helpful, inspiring and can be applied in your work practice- where-ever you are based in the UK!

We're delivering you a fully online event this year. You told us you wanted flexibility and choice, so we're offering you the choice to dip in and dip out throughout the day. Feel free to join us for an hr or two or stay for the day- it's up to you!
We hope you will find a balance of information and sessions that are right for you. All sessions are running in a webinar format. Whilst we're sorry to not see or hear you, we'll be using fun, interactive polls, chat and Q&A's to engage with you. You'll also be able to use @SMITF_Frontline #OvercomingBarriers to interact with us through the day.
If you can't attend all of the sessions you'd like to, not a problem. We'll be recording these and sharing to our Frontline Network website resources afterwards.

Register with the Frontline Network; it's FREE to register, but please note - you need to be a paid frontline worker, directly supporting people experiencing homelessness. This can include staff working in the voluntary, statutory or public sectors in a variety of roles. Once your registration is accepted, you can apply to our Funding section, including our Training Fund and Ideas Fund and be part of a growing community of frontline workers across the UK!
